U.S. Immigration Visas

EB-1

Employment-based immigration. For individuals with extraordinary abilities, outstanding professors, researchers, and multinational executives or managers.

EB-2 NIW

Employment-based immigration. For individuals with advanced degrees or exceptional abilities who can show their work benefits the nation.

EB-5

For investors who create jobs by investing in a U.S. business. The investor must invest at least $1.8 million in a new commercial enterprise. The approval process takes on average 5 years or more.

O-1

For individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement in fields such as science, arts, education, business, or athletics.

E-2

Treaty Investors. For individuals who invest a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business.

L-1

For employees of multinational companies who are transferred to a U.S. office. It includes L-1A for managers and executives and L-1B for employees with specialized knowledge.

IEP

International Entrepreneur Parole allows foreign entrepreneurs to live and work in the U.S. to develop and grow their startup businesses.
